Albright Management Strategies, LLC has been engaged by Woodvine Partners, LLC for the renovations of Hoist & Crane Service Group’s existing facility as well as expansion on the property with a new office building. This project intends to address HCSG’s future company growth and localize some of its operations to the New Orleans’ office located in Jefferson, Louisiana. Woodvine Partners are encouraged by the opportunity of this prime property location to also include some leasable space within the new office building.
