- A thorough review of each phase's documents will be conducted
in order to provide feedback and recommendations related to coordination
between disciplines, coordination of the plans and specifications and
constructability of design details.

Alternatives - A research of materials, equipment and systems
which provide similar quality at an economical cost.
Construction Management
Owner's Representative - During
the construction phase of a project, having representation by a Construction
Manager is critical to ensuring contractual obligations of the Architect
and Contractor are being fulfilled. This service allows the client to
maintain their business operations while being kept abreast and updated
on the project progress. AMSLLC manages the daily communication and
correspondence with the project team members and coordinates the Owner’s
responsibilities related to the project.
