Albright Management Strategies, LLC served as the Owner’s Representative for Friends of Discovery Health Sciences Foundation on its new, three-story 125,000-sf high school facility. The academic wing houses the 9th-12th grade classrooms on the second and third floors and nine science and engineering labs. Elective classrooms include art, music, theater/speech, foreign language and digital/business media centers. Additional features include a teaching kitchen, a 7,700-sf cafeteria and a 5,200-sf library. The cafeteria and library have spectacular views of the fully landscaped, outdoor scored concrete plaza. A covered walkway will connect the high school to the existing modular campus.
